Vacuum K
Vacuum K is a pre-evacuation unit for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. This unit is composed of a single cabinet with wheels.
The microprocessor control system allows the Vacuum K to work automatically on more units together (up to 4) while displaying all the necessary information for the working cycle and diagnostics.
Vacuum K is supplied with a double stage vacuum pump D28 m3/h and four vacuum hoses for simultaneous evacuation of up to four independent cooling circuits. The evacuation phase on different units can be performed, according to customer needs, “in sequence”, “rotating” or in “parallel”. Thanks to this programming possibility the vacuum time can be optimized.

Diagnovac
Diagnovac has been designed to meet the requirements of pre-evacuation and drying phases for refrigeration units in production lines with either fixed or mobile carousels. Various models are available depending on the required Vacsound or Modular pump models and number of inlet hoses. Thanks to its Pirani head and VG 502 vacuum gauge, the system monitors the vacuum levels and informs the operators about the required thresholds.
RecData TJ V
RecData TJ V is a PC software that manages the vacuum stations of cooling units. The test is carried out by collecting the vacuum level from VG502 vacuum gauges either with fixed stations or mobile carousels.
The acquired curves are compared with a group of reference values (minimum and maximum). The test will have a positive result should the acquired curves values be included between the maximum and the minimum values previously set.
It is possible to set different working cycles for different models, and also to manage the vacuum rise test. The test may last from min. 1 sec. up to max. 9 hours. The minimum sampling time is 1 second. All the performed tests are stored in a SQL database.
RecData TJ V is completely integrated with the GEDA system for data acquisition and statistics, as well as external supervision of the line.
Vacsound
Vacsound is the Galileo TP’s line of pumping units which offers a special anti-suck back that isolates the vacuum system when the pump is stopped.
This line of pumps has been designed in order to ensure constant vacuum level without contamination of the product under process.
The items are manufactured with high precision tooling machines and high quality raw materials for enhanced service life.
They are leak tested with Helium for ensuring a higher grade of tightness and equipped with high flow gas ballast to increase performance when operating with condensable gases or water vapor.
Each pump can be supplied with a wide range of fittings and accessories, including high efficiency filters with oil vapor recovery.

Modular D80
Modular is the Galileo TP’s line of vacuum pumps to manage high volume units which need higher pumping capability. It offers a special anti-suck back that isolates the vacuum system when the pump is stopped.

VG502
VG502 vacuum gauge is a device used for vacuum measurements and it was conceived to be used for medium and low vacuum (104 ÷ 10-1 Pa) ranges and for pressure up to 160 bar. Specifically, the VG502 is an instrument that acquires and displays the signal coming from an external vacuum / pressure sensor (Pirani head, Active Pirani and strain gauge).
Compared with old generation vacuum gauges, the new VG502 includes:
- Serial RS485 interface for host computer
- Wi-Fi communication
- Automatic gas ballast option
- Digital I/O for remote start/stop and indication of status of the unit
- New back-lighted LCD display with alphanumeric and analogical display of measured value
- Functional keyboard
- IP54 protection level (only on the front panel)
The VG502 can work as stand-alone instrument or as an integrated system with RecData TJ V software.
