Refrigerant Fluids & Gas Charging Machines

We offer three types of refrigerant fluids and gas charging machines for the refrigeration industry:

Kion

Designed to work with flammable gases and to be used in any type of cooling unit assembly line (refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner, etc.), Kion C performs evacuation, leak test and refrigerant charge. This system meets the needs of high production rates that require a very accurate refrigerant dose. Thanks to the dosing cylinder metering technology (featuring a special single-effect piston), the system precisely controls the filling amount charged from the beginning until the end of the injection phase. The Kion C charges any kinds of HC, CFC, HCFC, HFC and flammable blends.

Charging speed:

up to 150 g/s for HC
up to 230 g/s for HFC

Kion M, thanks to the mass flow metering technology and Galileo ATEX controls, it is particularly indicated for large charges of flammable gases (R290, R32, R600) at a very high cadence. The Kion M charges any kinds of HC, CFC, HCFC, HFC and new flammable blends like R32.

Certus

Engineered to work with flammable gases and to be used in any type of cooling unit assembly lines (refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner, etc.) Certus performs evacuation, leak tests and refrigerant charges. Particularly suited for small and medium production rates that require a very accurate refrigerant dose. Thanks to the dosing cylinder metering technology (featuring a special single-effect piston), the system precisely controls the filling amount charged from the beginning until the end of the injection phase.

CERTUS T is particularly indicated for big charges of flammable gases (R290, R32, R600) at a small/medium cadence and it uses a volumetric turbine flow meter with special sensors (temperature + pressure) to control in real-time the volume and the mass during the injection phase.

Certus charges any kinds of HC, CFC, HCFC, HFC and other flammable blends.

Charging speed:

up to 40 g/s for HC
up to 70 g/s for HFC

Ikanos

Ikanos M has been designed to charge non-flammable gases and to be used in any type of cooling unit assembly line (refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner, etc.) performing evacuation, leak tests and refrigerant charges on high production rate lines. Thanks to the mass flow metering technology, Ikanos M can charge any kinds of CFC, HCFC, HFC and non-flammable blends.

Agilis

Agilis T can be used in any type of cooling unit assembly line (refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner,etc.) and perfors evacuation, leaks test and refrigerant charges. On medium/high production rate lines that require a very accurate refrigerant dose. Thanks to the turbine flow-metering device, it is particularly suitable to charge several kilograms of refrigerant into air conditioners and big chillers.
Agilis C was born to meet the needs of small/medium production rates that require a very accurate refrigerant dose. Due to the dosing cylinder metering technology (featuring a special double-effect piston), the system precisely controls the filling amount charged from the beginning until the end of the injection phase.

Agilis works with all kinds of CFC, HCFC, HFC and non-flammable blends.

Simplex

Simplex has been designed to be used in any type of cooling unit assembly lines (refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner, etc.) performing evacuation, leak test and refrigerant charge. This system was born to meet the needs of small/medium production where the essential topics are:

Agilis CO2

Since 2000 Galileo TP has been focusing on the design of more advanced and performing systems capable of charging CO2 refrigerant.

In 2005 Galileo T.P. released the first patented charging system for R744, the model HABILIS CO2. After the first collaborations with the pioneers of the gas R744, in 2008 The Coca Cola Company bought the HABILIS CO2 for its research department in Atlanta (USA).

Nowadays, the Agilis CO2 is the leader in the market and it is a must-have for large-scale commercial refrigerator manufacturers.
